Tasks

1. Open the SowInfo Tab and then in the toolbar select Farm Menu -> “Prepare Sow and Transplant sheets”. This will generate the list of seeds to be sown for the current week.
2. Clean one side of the Radix: the opposite side to the one that was cleaned and transplanted into the previous week.
3. Sow seeds according to SOP Seed Sowing
4. Enter data on sowed seeds into the SowInfo Tab – namely Date, Operatives, PlugBatchId and SeedBatchId.
5. Remove the previous weeks’ trays from the germination rack, thin seedings down to one per plug, and record the germination rate of the seedlings of the previous week in the Sow Info Tab, also checking that all trays were correctly sowed.
6. Transplant last week’s seedlings into the Radix making sure to transfer the colour-coded sow info labels.
7. Check SowMap is up to date.
8. Cleandown tools and workstation with Isopropyl Alcohol.
