The Master Schedule lists the overall schedule for all tasks, including cleaning.

Daily cleaning is monitored through the Zipfarm Daily Tasks Form.

Weekly cleaning tasks are monitored through the Weekly Tasks Form.

Cleaning Equipment/Products

All products need to be food grade and confirm to either BS EN 1276 or BS EN 13697 – i.e. that they kill E-coli.

Cleaning products are tracked through the ConsumableBatchInfo Tab of the Planting Database Spreadsheet. Chemicals are those products with an SKU beginning with C.

The cleaning chemicals are stored in the cleaning cupboard at the back of the farm.
